2 Megazebos as cremation and plaque memorials (plaques for those Alumni who choose burial or storage elsewhere). 1 Megazebo as a chapel and reception center / restaurant; surrounded by a perimeter wall for niches to house remains or host memorial plaques.

CUC	Houses all utilities and 7 alcoves.
Reception Center Alcoves	Open outward toward the glass. Equipment and storage functions.
	Options: storage, pantry, refrigeration, wet bar, TV / Music, office equipment, library, prayer room, closet.
Revenue Streams	Plaque sales, niche sales, urn sales, inscriptions, in / out fees, flowers, chapel fees, reception fees,  estate gift discussions.
