Starter Church

One Megazebo with a washroom in the CUC of the lower leve; and an alter or statue in the CUC of the upper level. Lower level for Sunday school and classes and admin offices while the upper level is for Sunday and weekly services. Pillars and later the perimeter wall can host niches and plaques. 

The starter church is for new subdivisions where families are building a new community and probably have plans to fund raise and build a new church. In this 3-8 year interval, a Megazebo can serve the Church needs and when the new church is built, the Megazebo is moved to the new Church courtyard and becomes a full memorial Garden with pillar niches and interior columbarium walls. 5000 niches and an additional 8000 niches in the perimeter wall. These niche spaces (13,000 in total) sold to all Christians in the Region will generate at least $1500 in net profit per niche over 30 years. That’s $21,000,000.
