What is a Megazebo ^TM (Mega Gazebo)

A Megazebo is a very large, portable, pre-fabricated, modular, mass produced, steel frame, glass enclosed, bi-level, polygon structure. It is presently centrally manufactured in Shanghai for delivery worldwide in shipping containers and flat bed trucks to any site that has been prepared by the client with concrete pads, utility access, and landscaping. It can be open air or glass enclosed in floor area sizes from 200 m2 to 350 m2 per level.

In the middle of a Braun Megazebo is a compact central utility core (CUC) to house all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment; plus space for a corollary function to the main Gazebo … such as a washroom, operating theatre, kitchen, office, or vault Modular alcoves surround this interior space and house equipment, apparatus, storage units, or appliances germane to the inner core function or the activity of the main Gazebo.

The structure is normally glass enclosed in single units or clusters of 3-5 Megazebos joined by covered walkways. There are no exterior walls as the façade is only enlarged pillars separated by wide floor to ceiling plate glass windows. The frame design can be adjusted for earth quake zones, hurricane and typhoon zones, flood zones, and snow loads.

The Megazebo is a mass production, pre-fabricated product with both utility and design innovations that have been documented into a patent application USPTO # 11/724820 and registered in China and other countries. All designs, Center Utility Core (CUC), modular alcoves, over-sized pillars, utility niche pillars, widow / pillar integration, and bracket profiles are proprietary and cannot be manufactured or sold without license and authorization from the designer Denis Hugo Braun of Zug Switzerland.
